This website acts as a database for a bot that posts events happening in the Halifax area to social platforms. So far it only posts to Instagram.
The Website currently allows users to filter events and get more detail than can be reasonably posted to instagram.
Future features planned:
- A submission form for users to submit their own events.
- Subscription/Membership features for venues to have their own accounts where they can manage their events themselves and publish without having to wait for approval process. Idea being a paywall will prevent people from abusing the privilage to post their own events.
