Top Hat Comedy wants to take away the stress of planning the perfect New Year’s Eve with an evening stand-up comedy followed by an after-party at the Sanctuary Centre for the Arts in Downtown Dartmouth.

Doors open at 7 pm, and you will be greeted with a flute of sparkling wine while you get seated for a stand-up comedy showcase starting at 8 pm, featuring eight amazing stand-up comics from across Canada:

Clare Belford (Just for Laughs), Nick Martinello (Halifax Comedy Festival), Dan Hendricken (New York Comedy Festival), Chris Halef (Halifax Comedy Festival), Mitch Touesnard (Yuk Yuk’s on the Road), Troy Stark (Just for Laughs), Albert Coombes (Just for Laughs) and Dave Burke (CBC LOL).

The show will wrap at 9:30 pm so you can move the party elsewhere or stick around to ring in the new year with a live DJ dance party while you enjoy libations downstairs at the Sanctuary.
